Erin Willett is a founding and Managing Partner of Assured Consulting Solutions (ACS), where she oversees the company’s Corporate Infrastructure, including Human Resources, IT, Ethics and Compliance, Security, and Marketing.

In addition to her executive leadership responsibilities, Erin serves as ACS’s Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) and Ethics and Compliance Officer, helping to ensure the company’s integrity and operational resilience.

Before launching ACS in 2011, Erin held a series of leadership positions within the defense and intelligence community. At Invertix Corporation, she served as Director and Manager of Enterprise Solutions, delivering technical and management consulting to a range of national security clients. Prior to that, she spent a decade at BAE Systems, where she led IT programs in support of defense intelligence missions as a Program Manager.

Erin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Erin is a proud mom of four, a dog lover, and an enthusiastic backyard chicken keeper. A former ultrarunner with several 100-mile races under her belt, she now finds joy in various crafts and staying active in her free time.
