Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Enterprise Senior IT Advisors (ESITA) II

ESITA II was a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance through 2022. Under ESITA II, ACS has been awarded multiple Task Orders with DIA exercising options years and bridge contracts continuing performance through 2026. Scope of work includes IT engineering and technical support and acquisition support services for the Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) enterprise, including: program and project management engineering and technical support; mission and customer engagement engineering and technical support; solutions integration engineering and technical support; service operations engineering and technical support; cyber security and information assurance engineering and technical support; enterprise management engineering and technical support; acquisition support; and process improvement.

This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) has a ceiling value of $241M over a five-year ordering period with current projected end date in March 2027. The scope of the work encompasses all tasks needed to create, acquire, curate, prepare, manage, or secure data sets for use in DoD AI models and application development, testing, certification, and operation.


This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), with a current planned end date of May 2028, allows government agencies to rapidly and repeatedly onramp contractor talent needed to advise and assist the future AI-ready DoD workforce. ACS is excited to advance DoD’s future AI-ready workforce by providing AI talent in tasking from overseeing development of strategies that reduce barriers to AI adoption to delivering sustainable, useful, and reliable AI products.

This multi-year Multiple Ordering Agreement (MOA) through 2029 offers a vast array of labor categories with approved ceiling rates. The combined ceiling amount for all MOAs under eFast for the entire period of performance is $7.4 billion. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts.

eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour, and others as appropriate.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of government-wide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the federal government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).

OASIS+ is a collection of multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts, of which the contract base period is 5 years with one option period of 5 years that may extend the cumulative contract ordering period to 10 years. The OASIS+ Technical and Engineering domain includes requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians required to handle specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the government.


ACS was awarded a contract for the MDA SHIELD IDIQ with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility

Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)


This 5-year contract, going through 2031 and awarded by the Department of Interior (DOI), provides comprehensive enterprise and data architecture services in support of NMEC’s mission critical platforms.

The NMEC is a U.S. intelligence hub established in 2001 to analyze documents, digital media, and video seized by military forces. Subsumed under the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), it acts as a central repository for FBI, CIA, and NSA collaboration on intelligence exploitation, currently being restructured to focus on strategic competition with China and Russia. The DIA has recently consolidated organizations responsible for open-source intelligence and media exploitation, as DIA looks to maximize its investments in artificial intelligence and data analysis. The name for the combined efforts is the National Digital Exploitation and Open Source Center (NDOC).

US Army Geospatial Center (AGC) Geospatial, Research, Integration, Development and Support (GRIDS IV)


The Data Management contract vehicle is designed to support data modernization and analytics. This contract supports our customers in providing a mechanism for data consumers and data stewards to discover and share new data, enable collaboration, while ensuring quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, and validity of the data.

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Data Management


DORE2 is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a base period of performance of five years, and a $975M ceiling. DORE2 provides DIA and the Department of Defense with a vehicle to procure a wide variety of IT services. The Statement of Work under the contract is classified.

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Data Science, Operations, Requirements, Exploitation, and Engineering (DORE2)


Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), ENCORE III

ENCORE III Services (E3) is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a base period of performance of five years, plus five one-year option periods, and a $17.5B ceiling if all options are exercised through 2027. E3 provides DISA and the Department of Defense with a vehicle to procure a wide variety of IT services in support of the Joint Information Environment (JIE) worldwide. Areas supported by the contract include Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) areas, as well as all elements of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN). Assured Consulting Solutions provides task order support to service areas of Enterprise IT Policy and Planning, Integrated Solutions Management, Business Process Engineering, Requirements Analysis, and Information and Knowledge Engineering.

SETI is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with a base period of performance of five years and includes five 1-year options, and a $7.5B ceiling. The objective of the SETI Contract vehicle is to provide quality engineering and technical support, services, and products globally for DoD, DISA, and DISA mission partners. SETI provides an overarching streamlined process for ordering a wide variety of critical IT engineering performance-based services while ensuring consistency and maximum opportunity for competition.

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Systems Engineering, Technology and Innovation (SETI)


Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0

JETS 2.0 is an 10-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle designed to provide a broad range of technology services to enable DLA in its mission to support US warfighters worldwide through 2034. In support of our prime contractors, we are eligible to bid on 8(a), small business, and unrestricted Task Orders across all 12 Task Areas covering a wide variety of IT services, including software development, information assurance, program support services, and systems engineering.

Assured Consulting Solutions is a subcontractor to IT-Strat (small business track) and Cardinal Technology Systems Corp (8a track) on this vehicle.


National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Foundational Engineer (NFE)

The NFE contract will provide foundational engineering support to NGA at the enterprise and strategic level. Foundational engineering services and activities include: configuration management, enterprise scheduling and effectivity management; governance and engineering reviews; standards compliance, definitions, development and management to include the technical reference architecture; enterprise risk management; and systems engineering processes and tools. This contract is slated to perform through 2025.

Secretary of the Air Force (SAF)/Concepts, Development and Management Office (CDM) Analytical & Technical (A&T) Services

SAF/CDM A&T Services is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with a base period of performance of five years and includes two-year options through 2029. The contract ceiling for the contract vehicle is $950M. The objective of the Grizzly Contract vehicle is to provide analytical and technical services to the Secretary of the Air Force Concepts, Development and Management Office.
