Refer a friend, colleague or neighbor for our External Referral Bonus Program and you could receive a one-time referral payment of $3000.

This program is open to persons unaffiliated with ACS to assist us in attracting, hiring, and retaining the very best talent to support our customers and their critical national security missions.

To submit a referral:

  • You must be an individual

  • You must be a legal resident of the United States

  • You must be at least 18 years of age

  • Referred candidates who are ACS rehires within the last 24 months or who already exist in our applicant tracking system within the previous 90 days are not eligible

To ensure that your referral is considered for the most appropriate position, we encourage you to provide a resume and job number from our careers page. However, these are not required for your referral to be considered. Submit your candidate referral to us via email (click the button below). Be sure to provide your own contact information so we can follow up with you.

After a referred candidate is hired and remains employed in good performance standing for a period of 90 days, the candidate referral bonus is paid directly to the referrer.

NOTE: All ACS employees should continue to refer qualified candidates in accordance with the Internal Referral Program guidelines.
