Committed to Your Success

The ACS Military Careers and Transition Program (MCTP) provides support, guidance, and opportunities to transitioning military service members and veterans currently employed at ACS.

The primary mission of the MCTP is to ease the burdens and anxieties of transition. Whether a veteran served three years or 30, the program seeks to assist with best-fit placement within the company, network with military and civilian colleagues, and share experiences while building upon the knowledge, proficiencies, and training veterans gained through military service. Additionally, the MCTP is designed to assist current ACS employees still serving in uniform, either with the Reserve or National Guard.

An internal program, MCTP seeks to coordinate the energies and efforts of its veterans through a series of venues, educational programs, inclusive socials, and training platforms to further enrich the ACS experience.

The ultimate goal of the ACS MCTP is encouraging the collective interaction between veterans and their civilian colleagues to develop an interoperable workforce capable of bridging both the military and civilian environments.

Our annual veteran hiring benchmark as a percentage of total new hires is set at 30%. We are committed to focusing our hiring and retention efforts to specifically hire and retain veterans.
