Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a base period of one year, four one-year option periods through 2022, and a total ceiling of $90 million if all options are exercised. Under ESITA II, ACS has been awarded multiple Task Orders, with DIA exercising options years two and three continuing performance through 2021. Scope of work includes IT engineering and technical support and acquisition support services for the Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) enterprise, including: program and project management engineering and technical support; mission and customer engagement engineering and technical support; solutions integration engineering and technical support; service operations engineering and technical support; cyber security and information assurance engineering and technical support; enterprise management engineering and technical support; acquisition support; and process improvement.

About MoveAmerica
DoD MPP partnerships are designed to provide small businesses with the opportunity to gain valuable insights, resources, and experience from established defense contractors. Under the direction of DoD’s Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP), MPP aims to strengthen the capabilities of small businesses to compete for prime contracts and subcontracts within the defense industry. Since 2022, ACS has partnered with our friends at the Abile Group to develop a mutually beneficial relationship that has prepared Abile to be a leading prime contractor in support of DoD Programs. In its fourth program year, MoveAmerica assumed oversight and management of the contract.
MoveAmerica is a non-profit organization that brings together key participants within government, industry, and academia to develop and advance critical and emerging technology that will maintain U.S. technical dominance. The MPP Intermediary effort, powered by MoveAmerica, supports projects and agreements at the direction of the U.S. Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs to assist small businesses seeking to enter and thrive within the U.S. Defense Industrial Base. Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST)

Multi-year Multiple Ordering Agreement (MOA) through 2024 that offers a vast array of labor categories with approved ceiling rates. The combined ceiling amount for all MOAs under eFast for the entire 15-year period of performance is $7.4 billion. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts.
eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour and others as appropriate.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of government-wide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).
OASIS+ is a collection of multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, of which the contract base period is five (5) years with one (1) option period of five (5) years that may extend the cumulative contract ordering period to 10 years. The OASIS+ Technical and Engineering domain includes requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians required to handle specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the government.
