ACS ESITA II Program Manager: Liz Robey
ESITA II was a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance through 2022. Under ESITA II, ACS has been awarded multiple Task Orders, with DIA exercising options years and bridge contracts continuing performance through 2026. Scope of work includes IT engineering and technical support and acquisition support services for the Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) enterprise, including: program and project management engineering and technical support; mission and customer engagement engineering and technical support; solutions integration engineering and technical support; service operations engineering and technical support; cyber security and information assurance engineering and technical support; enterprise management engineering and technical support; acquisition support; and process improvement.
Department of Defense Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Talent 2.0
This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), with a current planned end date of May 2028, allows government agencies to rapidly and repeatedly onramp contractor talent needed to advise and assist the future AI ready DoD workforce. Assured Consulting Solutions is excited to advance DoD’s future AI-ready workforce by providing AI talent in tasking from overseeing development of strategics that reduce barriers to AI adoption to delivering sustainable, useful, and reliable AI products.
Department of Defense CDAO Data Readiness for Artificial Intelligence Development (DRAID)
This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) has a ceiling value of $241M over a five-year ordering period with current projected end date of March 2027. The scope of the work encompasses all tasks needed to create, acquire, curate, prepare, manage, or secure data sets for use in DoD AI models and application development, testing, certification, and operation.

About MoveAmerica
DoD MPP partnerships are designed to provide small businesses with the opportunity to gain valuable insights, resources, and experience from established defense contractors. Under the direction of DoD’s Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP), MPP aims to strengthen the capabilities of small businesses to compete for prime contracts and subcontracts within the defense industry. From February through September 2025, ACS has partnered with our friends at the Abile Group to develop a mutually beneficial relationship that has prepared Abile to be a leading prime contractor in support of DoD Programs. In its fourth program year, MoveAmerica assumed oversight and management of the contract.
MoveAmerica is a non-profit organization that brings together key participants within government, industry, and academia to develop and advance critical and emerging technology that will maintain U.S. technical dominance. The MPP Intermediary effort, powered by MoveAmerica, supports projects and agreements at the direction of the U.S. Department of War Office of Small Business Programs to assist small businesses seeking to enter and thrive within the U.S. Defense Industrial Base. GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services+ (OASIS+) Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB)
One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of government-wide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).
OASIS+ is a collection of multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, of which the contract base period is five (5) years with one (1) option period of five (5) years that may extend the cumulative contract ordering period to 10 years. The OASIS+ Technical and Engineering domain includes requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians required to handle specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the government. National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) Information Technology Contract Advisory and Assistance Services (IT CAAS)
The National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) provides tools and capabilities to ensure NMEC holdings are processed, exploited, enriched to maximize discoverability, and disseminated across multiple domains.
Under this contract, ACS provides Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) support for NMEC Technology Platform to assist NMEC is maximizing intelligence value from the exploitation of digital devices and data for intelligence analysts and operations. The ACS support is a comprehensive, iterative management process that includes translating operational requirements into configured systems, integrating the technical inputs of the design team, managing interfaces, characterizing and managing technical risk, transitioning technology from the technology base into program specific efforts, and verifying that designs, analyses, tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) meet operational needs. We employ Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Agile Management, and Financial support resource to assist NMEC with independent review, analysis and input for complex technical Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) issues, current and future information technology initiatives, and provide advice on DOMEX industry best practices and advancements
