How We’re Doing
Our strategy is to leverage and promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging through a framework of culture, talent, and community initiatives to foster innovation and diverse perspectives.
We have updated our recruiting and hiring practices and policies to be more inclusive and equitable. Rather than a “culture fit” approach, we focus on “culture add” when evaluating candidates.
In addition to our annual 30% veteran hiring target, we have set a 30% annual hiring target for all non-hourly job openings focused specifically on building company diversity.
We have set three-year diversity goals for our corporate leadership, committing to at least 30% diversity in our leadership team, inclusive of succession planning, by 2027.
We continuously look to expand our “recruiting ecosystem” to include more qualified diverse candidate sources and related organizations.
For all positions of influence at ACS, we require two-thirds diverse candidates be interviewed and considered before a making hiring decision.
