  • We have updated our recruiting and hiring practices and policies to be more inclusive and equitable. Rather than a “culture fit” approach, we focus on “culture add” when evaluating candidates.

  • We have set ambitious internal diversity and talent goals to strengthen our capabilities and reflect the broad range of perspectives we serve. These goals are part of our organizational strategy and are administered consistent with applicable equal employment opportunity laws.
