ACS Service Delivery Manager

Russ Ives is a Service Delivery Manager in the ACS Operations division. He has over thirty years of information technology engineering, architecture, research, development, and management experience in the commercial, federal, intelligence community, and DoD sectors. Previously a technical subject matter expert for multiple data delivery programs within DIA, he brings his experience and skills to the ACS portfolio.

Leveraging his experience serving the Defense and Intelligence communities, Russ leads a section of ACS’s flagship program at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Enterprise Senior Information Technology Advisors (ESITA) II contract focusing on the DIA Chief Data Office and Data Management Office.

Russ earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a focus on Homeland Security from Strayer University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and Information Technology from Capella University School of Business & Technology. He maintains an International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
