The PBGC manages retirement incomes for more than 43 million American workers in more than 26,000 private defined benefit pension plans. The scope of work of this vehicle includes contract portfolio management, strategic planning to integrate PBGC’s departments into a unified enterprise, a defined method to continuously improve processes, and an enterprise-wide strategic planning approach to both budget and requirements generation to provide quality requirements packages.
As a Protégé, ACS has signed a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor-Protégé agreement with ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq: MANT). Under this agreement, ManTech helps ACS develop its government contracting abilities and core competencies in counterintelligence, insider threat and program protection while providing the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) with innovative solutions over a period of three years, through 2020.
The Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs supports small businesses like ACS through its Mentor-Protégé Program by enabling them to partner with large companies serving as mentors under project-based agreements.
