What that means, is that the ISO 9001 process and certification, validating our commitment to quality management, isn’t simply a badge-on-the-wall for ACS, it’s a necessary component in delivering on our commitment to customers.
With this purpose in mind, ACS is pleased to announce that we have, yet again, passed our ISO 9001:2015 external audit.
ACS’s external auditor was given the opportunity to review ACS’s processes, procedures, tools, templates and outcomes in areas ranging from Service Delivery and Information Technology to Human Resources and Finance. The auditor validated the consistency of ACS’s Quality Management System and the resultant positive outcomes.
Our customers also reap the benefits of ACS following the rigor of ISO 9001 as evidenced by our continually high levels of customer satisfaction. In 2024 Performance Assessment Reports (PAR), where ACS customer rated our performance as “Exceptional”, customer personnel included the following kudos:
